We are writing to provide you with a summary of your last treatment cycle.
On Monday, 17th September 2012, 3 oocytes were collected and we were able to inject 2 of the oocytes. The other 1 oocyte was not suitable for insemination.
The sperm for insemination of the oocytes was prepared from a testicular biopsy sample.
On Tuesday, 18th September 2012 the oocytes were assessed for fertilisation. 2 were fertilised normally.
Subsequently - 2 cleavage stage embryos were transferred on 20th September 2012.
